Rope and Splice Ltd cannot take any responsibility for any mishap, injury or death, to man or beast, resulting in the use of its rope or products. It is up to you, the customer, to install the rope properly or product safely and to use your own judgement as to whether the rope or product is suitable and fit for purpose. It is up to you, the customer, to keep an eye on the rope, or other product, to check for fraying, rot, friction erosion or anything else that can compromise the safety and integral strength of the rope or swing or any other product sold by Rope and Splice Ltd. If you are buying a pet product, it is entirely your responsibility, as the purchaser, to check whether the product is somehow affecting the health of your pet. Rope and Splice Ltd accepts no responsibility for injured, ill, dying or dead pets as a result of buying its products; you need to keep an eye on them. You use all rope and products at your own risk.
In purchasing from Rope and Splice Ltd, you, the customer, are accepting full and unconditional responsibility for all consequences of using the rope or products.
Definitions
The “company” refers to Rope and Splice Ltd.

The “buyer” refers to the purchaser of goods and services.
Summary
The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.
Payment
Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to despatch.
Prices
Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision. Any oversea’s orders shall be charged to the buyer at current exchange rates. The company has no control or liability over these rates.
VAT
Due to our size, Rope and Splice Ltd is not VAT registered. This means that there is no VAT charged on our products, giving better value to you.
Fitness for purpose
The company are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. The company excludes any condition or warranty implied by statute or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever.
Liability
The company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.
This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales.
